Troopers from the 403rd Infantry Brigade and Valencia City
Major Ezra Balagtey, Eastern Mindanao Command spokesperson,
identified the rebel as Reboy Gandinao,a commanding officer of NPA's Sangay ng
Partido Sa Platoon in Bukidnon, who is wanted for murder and multiple counts of
frustrated murder.
Recovered from his possession was .45 caliber pistol with
ammunition and a cellular phone.
The suspect is now under custody of Valencia City PNP
Station for investigation and other legal procedures, Uy said.
