Bandit group Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Movement (BIFM) is moving a 70-year-old gasoline station operator and her secretary, who were kidnapped in Libungan, North Cotabato last week.
Field operatives told The STAR that from Talayan, Maguindanao, BIFM fighters have transferred gasoline station operator Alma Cuan and her secretary, Cristabelle Joloran, to Datu Odin Sinsuat town. Field reports said that the area is in Liguasan Marsh and moving the captives to the area was a tactic to evade the combined elements of the military and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF).... The field reports also said that the two kidnap victims are being secured by 70 heavily-armed BIFM fighters....
