From the Philippine News Agency (Oct 10): Army bares Kapunan's
surrender
Philippine Army (PA) chief Lt. Gen. Emmanuel Bautista on Wednesday announced
that former Lt. Col. Eduardo "Red" Kapunan, who is wanted for the killing of
labor leader Rolando Olalia and latter's driver Leonor Alay-ay, surrendered
himself to them since Oct. 6.
Bautista said that Kapunan surrendered himself to the Capiz-based 3rd
Infantry Division on the weekend.
He also said that the unit quickly turned over Kapunan to the custodial
management unit of the PA....
