From the Philippine News Agency (Sep 29): OPAPP drafts framework on peace agreement

 The Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP) has drafted a framework on peace agreement which aim to bring just and lasting peace in Mindanao. OPAPP Secretary Teresita Quintos Deles said "the contents of the proposed “framework agreement” with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) would be presented to the Filipino people before any signing would be undertaken."
