He turned over a caliber .45 pistol with bullets.

His surrender was facilitated by the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 13 headed by Police Col. Harry B. Domingo, force commander, through the help of the community.

The rebel returnee was a commander of Abe, Squad 2, Platoon 1 of Guerrilla Front 88, Sub-Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Philippines-NPA North Central Mindanao Regional Committee (NCMRC) and listed in the Periodic Status Report (PSR), PRO-13 Director Police Brig.
