ARRIVAL HONORS | General Andres Centino, the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, leads the military in rendering arrival honors to Secretary of National Defense Gilbert "Gibo" Teodoro Jr in his first official visit to the AFP General Headquarters on June 19. He was welcomed by senior officers of the Joint, Personal, and Special Staff as well as enlisted and civilian personnel of Camp Aguinaldo.

 
Secretary Teodoro proceeded to the 12th Oversight Committee Meeting of the National Task Force on the Disbandment of Private Armed Groups with Interior and Local Government Secretary Benjamin Abalos Jr and USec Isidro Purisima of the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation, and Unity to discuss updates on government programs to address armed violence and the problem of private armed groups.
