LEGAL TEAM VS CPP-NPA | To “add teeth” to the government’s campaign against the Communist Party of the Philippines – New People’s Army (CPP-NPA), the Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (RTF-ELCAC) in Western Visayas formed the Joint Focused Legal Action Team (JFLAT).
