Philippine Information Agency (PIA) Director-General Undersecretary Ramon L. Cualoping

CALOOCAN CITY, April 9 (PIA) -- Philippine Information Agency (PIA) Director-General Undersecretary Ramon L. Cualoping today committed his agency's communication support to the Multi—Sector Advisory Board of Installation Management Command (IMCOM) of the Philippine Army of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

This, after Cualoping was affirmed as member of the board and then elected as Chairman of the Resource Management Committee.

“The Philippine Information Agency and the entire communication team of the Executive Branch is deeply committed in this endeavor in helping the Multi-Sector Advisory Board of IMCOM," he said during the virtual board meeting.

"We look forward to working with all of our colleagues as well as with the private sector. And coming from our expertise in communication and information we will be giving our best for this board. Thank you so much for this opportunity,” Usec. Ramon Cualoping added.

Among the services the PIA can provide include communication audit, communication research, definition of communication goals and objectives, identification of target audience and stakeholders, key messages development, and strategy and implementation development, among others.

The Installation Management Command (IMCOM) of the Philippine Army was activated as provisional unit on 04 March 2019 with base function services and real estate management.

With a Mission to manage, develop, and administer Philippine Army’s major installations and military reservations in support to the Philippine Army’s mission. It was operationalized on 23 September 2019. (PIA NCR)
