CLASHED| Troops of 14th Infantry Battalion, 8th Infantry Division, Philippine Army encountered undetermined number of fully armed NPA members at vicinityof Barangay Hiluctogan, Carigara, Leyte on November 17, 2020.The encounter transpired as the army troops continue to conduct pursuit operations against NPA Terrorist who recently abandoned a temporary encampment in the area. Firefight lasted for about five minutes before the enemy fled to different direction.
