MASS SURRENDER. At least 46 members of the communist rebel movement's underground mass organization as well as 200 mass base supporters of the New People’s Army surrender during a ceremony in Barangay Maasin, Esperanza, Agusan del Sur. The military in the province says the insurgency problem is a concern of every sector.
