CAPAS, Tarlac, June 24 (PIA) -- Sustainment Center under the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) adapted to the “new normal” in capacitating its personnel.
In the recently concluded five-day Training Administration and Internal Management Seminar-Workshop, various teaching methodologies such as discussion, interactive techniques, online learning, and workshop and output presentation were utilized to tackle the topics.
Modules of training include Human Dimension Development Module, Training Administration & Management Module, Internal Management System Module, and Training Planning Module.

“I believe that this activity will equip and enhance the competency and proficiency of the participants that will uphold the command’s continuing legacy of providing a highest standard of training and doctrine development for the Philippine Army,” TRADOC Commander Major General Cornelio Valencia Jr. said.
A total of 41 personnel from Sustainment Center and 18 personnel from various units of TRADOC attended the combination of actual participation and video teleconferencing.
“We do really need team players, thinking and committed personnel that will continue to the continuing challenges posed by this new normal situation,” Valencia furthered. (CLJD/TJBM-PIA 3)
