Presidential Communications Undersecretary Lorraine Marie T. Badoy has always been very blunt in unmasking the danger and immorality of the deadly virus Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP)-New People's Army (NPA)-National Democratic Front (NDF) in our society.

Usec. Badoy continues to defend and save what is most precious in our society, the children, from the unjust and mistreatment of the communist terrorist groups to them.

Every now and then, when a powerful individual unmasks these perpetrators, the CPP-NPA-NDF trembles down to their nerves, and guilt and denial come out.

"This is NOT RED TAGGING. THIS IS TRANSPARENCY IN INFORMATION DISSEMINATION. This is government doing its job," Usec. Lorraine Badoy emphasized.
