SPEAK UP. Anti-communist groups slammed the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) for allegedly snubbing the longstanding violence and atrocities committed by the Communist Party of the Philippines-New People’s Army-National Democratic Front (CPP-NPA-NDF) and its front organizations.

Members of the League of Parents of the Philippines, League of Youth for Peace Advancement and the Coalition for Peace hold a picket rally in front of the Commission on Human Rights office in Quezon City on Thursday (Feb. 27, 2020).
