MORALE AND WELFARE. General Noel Segovia Clement, the newly-designated Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, visited the Western Mindanao Command. During his talk to the men and women of WestMinCom, Gen. Clement expressed his gratitude for the honors and warm welcome rendered to him and his party.

He also lauded the troops for the numerous accomplishments of the command and further encouraged them to exert more effort for the fulfillment of all the mandated tasks.
