In today's Talakayan sa PIA, two women former rebels shared their stories and personal experience as members of NPA. Lalaine who started as a recruiter in the youth sector shared how she was recruited and how she recruited young students in the colleges and universities in Cagayan de Oro. Dina who belonged to the white cluster was a cashier in various NGOs which get funding from foreign countries to support rebel causes.

[Task Force Balik-Loob was created by virtue of Administrative Order No 10 dated 03 April 2018 as a central coordinating body to supervise the government’s reintegration efforts for members of the CPP-NPA-NDF including their immediate family members. The Task Force is composed of representatives from the Department of National Defense, Department of Interior and Local Government, Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process, Office of the President, and the National Housing Authority, as well as other concerned government agencies.]
