The Department of National Defense (DND) of the Republic of the Philippines and the Presidency of Defense Industries (SSB) of the Republic of Turkey signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on defense industry cooperation on 18 December 2018 at the Philippine Air ...Force Headquarters, Villamor Air Base in Pasay City.
On behalf of the Philippine and Turkish governments, Secretary of National Defense Delfin Lorenzana and Prof. Dr. Ismail Demir, President of Defence Industries of Turkey, signed the MOU, which focused on government-to-government acquisition, as well as the development, production, co-production, and transfer of defense technology between DND and the SSB. | DND-PAS (PR)
