NAVAL BASE HERACLEO ALANO, Sangley Point, Cavite (DWDD) - Officers, enlisted personnel, and civilian employees of the Philippine Fleet have come together last 08 and 15 November 2018 for the ...#SailPlanCascading2018 conducted by the Center for Naval Leadership and Excellence (CNLE) at the Headquarters Philippine Fleet, Naval Base Heracleo Alano, Sangley Point, Cavite City.
The first day of the activity featured lectures on the Sail Plan Management System and Alignment, the Balanced Scorecard, Implementation of Focus Portfolio of Initiatives, and the Individual Balanced Scorecard while the second day is composed of Plenary Discussion and Workshop.
To ensure that everyone is onboard the Navy’s pursuit for genuine transformation, the Philippine Navy annually conducts the Sail Plan Cascading to enhance the alignment of accomplishments of all PN Units to the Headquarters Level and ensure the proper implementation of the strategy. NPAO / MCAG
