The Department of National Defense was led by Secretary Delfin Lorenzana and Armscor Global Defense Inc. was led by its authorized representative, Mr Norberto Q Del Mundo for the Supply and Delivery of Caliber 45 M1911, High Capacity Hammer-Fired.
It can be recalled that Defense Sec Lorenzana issued Acquisition Decision Memorandum No. 2017-036 directing the immediate implementation of the Pistol Acquisition Program for the Armed Forces of the Philippines with an Approved Budget of Contract of Two Billion Three Hundred Seven Million Six Hundred Thoussand Pesos through Public Bidding.
