From DWDD AFP Civil Relations Service Radio Website (Oct 10): INSTALLED | New Army Chief Chaplain
FORT ANDRES BONIFACIO, Taguig City (DWDD) – The Philippine Army installed Colonel Raul S. Ciño MNSA, as the new Army Chief Chaplain during the assumption ceremony last Monday, October 8, 2018 held at Headquarters Philippine Army, Conference Room.
Major General Danilo Chad D. Isleta, Chief of Staff Philippine Army presided the ceremony. In his remarks, Major General Isleta acknowledged the importance of the Chaplain Service which functions and concerns the spiritual enlightenment and development of military personnel, including their dependents.
He likewise encouraged the Army Chief Chaplain Service personnel to be active and relevant in providing spiritual services that are essential to improve the character, well-being and perspective of military personnel vis-à-vis in the performance of their job and administering their families.
