SANGBAY ISLAND, Basilan (DWDD) – The Naval Forces Western Mindanao, together with the Civil Military Operations Unit-Western Mindanao, Marine Battalion Landing Team 11, Camp Navarro General Hospital, Naval Special Operations Unit, Crystal Clear Vision Eye Center, Venus Salon, conducted an Outreach Program, composed of Operation Tuli, Eye Check-Up with Free Eyeglasses, Free Haircut, Feeding Activity and Turn-over of Paints and Boxes of Sardines to the teachers and community of Sangbay Island, Junior High School, Hadji Muhtamad, Basilan Province last March 20, 2018.
