LAPU LAPU CITY, Cebu (DWDD) – Naval Forces Central rendered a batallion-size arrival honors to Lt Gen Paul Talay Atal DPA AFP, Commander, Central Command during his Command Visit on February 12, 2018.

As part of his visit, he conducted a talk to men to the officers, enlisted and civilian personnel of this Command. NFC / MCAG
