ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE (DWDD) – The Naval Forces Western Mindanao through the Civil Military Operations Unit-Western Mindanao personnel together with BRP Subanon (AT 291), PC Felix Apolinario (PC 395) and Naval Reserve Center- Western Mindanao Reservist conducted Turn-Over of assorted Relief goods intended for the families affected by Typhoon Vinta at Sirawai Municipality, Zamboanga Del Norte on January 4, 2018.
