Philippine Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana receives Chinese Defense Minister Gen Chang Wanquan during his visit to the Department of National Defense
CAMP GEN EMILIO AGUINALDO, Quezon City (DWDD) – Philippine Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana received Chinese Defense Minister Gen Chang Wanquan at the Department of National Defense. The defense chiefs held a bilateral meeting on October 25, 2017, at the EDSA Lounge, DND Building in Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City.
Chinese Defense Minister Gen Chang Wanquan was welcomed with military honors upon his arrival at the Department of National Defense, while officials and employees of the Department waited to receive him at the DND Building. A bilateral meeting between Minister Gen Chang Wanquan and Philippine Defense Secretary Delfin N. Lorenzana was held at the DND on October 25, 2017.
