From Update Philippines (Sep 1): PH Navy special forces seize US Navy vessel in SEACAT

Members of the Philippine Naval Special Operations Group conducted a Visit, Board, Search and Seizure (VBSS) aboard United States Navy Spearhead-class Expeditionary Fast Transport vessel USNS Millinocket (T-EPF-3) in waters off the coast of Puerto Princesa on August 30.
A Philippine Navy patrol craft and one Islander plane participated in said activity.

USNS Millinocket played the role of hostile vessel or SEACAT-controlled Contact of Interest (COI).
