PRESIDENT Duterte yesterday warned of the possible presence
of propagandists from the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) in the country
as he directed the military to remain loyal to its mandate and continue
protecting the country.
The President, during a meeting with soldiers from the 1st Infantry Division in
Zamboanga City , said he sees the IS becoming a
problem in three to seven years, so the military has to be strengthened.
