Eleven newly-graduated 2nd lieutenants formally joined the
roster of the Catbalogan City-based 8th Infantry Division.
Capt. Ian Andres Fabellon, 8th Infantry Division public
affairs office chief, said these officers came from the Philippine Military
Academy Class of 2016, Officer Preparatory Course of Classes 62 and 64–2016 and
Officer Candidate Course Classes 44 and 45-2016.
Prior deployment, these officers will undergo the Platoon
Leaders Course, in order for them to develop and enhance their military skills.
