The Olongapo City Regional Trial Court issued on Tuesday (December 8) an amended commitment order for U.S. Marine Lance Corporal Joseph Scott Pemberton ordering that the convict would serve his 6-to-12-year sentence at the AFP Custodial Center in Camp Aguinaldo.

Pemberton was found guilty of homicide for the death of Filipino transgender woman Jeffrey "Jennifer" Laude in Olongapo City last year.
