Philippine National Police Chief Police Director General Ricardo C Marquez has formally installed five senior police officials in the latest round of reorganizations of key positions in the different PNP units and offices.
Marquez approved the new designations upon the
recommendation of the PNP Senior Officers Placement and Promotion Board
(SOPPB), affecting some key positions in the National Support Units and Police
Regional Offices.
Designated to new posts were:
Chief Supt. Ericson T. Velasquez – OIC, Police Regional
Office 1;
Chief Supt. Augusto M Marquez – OIC, Police Regional Office
5;
Chief Supt. Ulysses J Abellera – OIC, Police Regional Office
Cordillera;
Chief Supt. Napoleon C Taas – OIC, Directorate for
Information and Communication Technology Management; and
Sr Supt. Edwin Jose G Nemenzo – OIC, Information Technology
Management Service
The new designations took effect September 22, 2015.
