The military has captured what could be a training camp and a medical base of the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters as the 16-day offensive against the bandit group in Maguindanao continues.

Citing GMA News sources, "News TV Live" reported Sunday that soldiers have recovered weapons and medical equipment in two sites in Datu Saudi Ampatuan town in Maguindanao.
Also recovered from the sites were documents from the so-called Medical and Dental Department of the BIFF General Headquarters, the report said.
According to intelligence received by the Army 6th Infantry Division, Filipino terrorist Basit Usman, one of the targets of a police operation in Mamasapano town on Jan. 25, is injured. Operations to find him continue.
