The Capiz-based 3rd Infantry Division has deployed a unit consisting of nine officers and 257 enlisted personnel to help in the ongoing security preparations for Pope Francis' visit to

Lt. Col. Jonathan Gayas, 3rd Infantry Division spokesperson, said the contingent is headed by Lt. Col. Marion Sison.
