From the Mindanao Newsbits section of the Manila Bulletin (Sep 19): Seminar on anti-terrorism
Zamboanga City – Malacañang Law Enforcement and Security Integration Office (LESIO) and the Anti-Terrorism Council-Program Management Center (ATC-PMC) recently a conducted a two-day seminar on security and public safety to local government units, police, military, businessmen and the religious sectors from this city, Sulu, Basilan, and Tawi-Tawi provinces.
While it was a closed door seminar, a senior organizing official of the event who declined to be named said the meeting is part of President Benigno Simeon Aquino III’s campaign dubbed “Hardening Terrorist Targets.”
