Six persons were killed -including a minor – while six others remain in critical condition following a bomb explosion inside a house in Tumahubong village in Sumisip, Basilan.
Lt. Col. Paulo Perez, commanding officer of the army’s 18th Infantry Battalion, said the motive of the attack that occurred near midnight Tuesday was unclear as of yet.
The blast also took place near a Globe telecom cellular site, he said.
