Unidentified men tossed a hand grenade at a local radio station in Bukidnon Wednesday morning that left a janitor hurt, police said.
Supt. Orlando Biñas, Bukidnon police provincial director, has ordered a manhunt against the suspects who tossed the explosive at DXGT Radyo Abante 92.1 FM in Poblacion Maramag, Bukidnon.
The victim, Celso Caniamo, sustained minor shrapnel injuries.
Police said Caniamo was cleaning the station premises when the fragmentation grenade exploded at about 8:00 a.m. while the station was airing a recorded block time program of block timer Joan Dignos.
DXGT-FM Radyo Abante is an FM music station but airs news and current affairs program.

Supt. Biñas quickly ordered the Maramag police and nearby police stations to help track down the suspects, who according to witnesses, were wearing crash helmets and denim jackets.
According to Gordon Torres, Bukidnon provincial board member-elect and owner of the station, the grenade attack could be related to the issues being discussed in the block time program of Joan Dignos, an independent block timer and not organic employee of DXGT. He did not elaborate.
Gordon who is also the station manager was not around when the grenade attack took place.
Police said the station was located at the second floor of Muscoso building fronting the town's public market and several people have witness the grenade throwing incident but could not recognize the suspects as their faces were covered.
According to Medina, the station's equipment and other facilities were not damaged and that the station continued its broadcast while members of the Scene of the Crime Operatives of the Maramag Philippine National Police (PNP) were conducting investigation.
