From the Philippine Navy Website (Oct 2): NAVRESCOM Receives New Commander
The Philippine Navy’s Reserve Command had its Change of Command Ceremony last
October 01, 2012 at Headquarters Naval Reserve Command (NRC) Covered Court,
Cabildo St., Intramuros, Manila. The event was presided by Vice Admiral
Alexander P Pama AFP, the Flag Officer In Command, PN (FOIC, PN). Navy Captain
Primitivo P Gopo PN (GSC) assumed as the 22nd Commander of NAVRESCOM who
replaced Commo Jesus C Millan AFP. Commodore Millan in turn assumed as the new
Chief of Naval Staff (CNS) replacing Rear Admiral Edgar L Abogado AFP....
