LOOK | AFP Western Command Commander VAdm Alberto B. Carlos and Col. Raymond Powell, US Air Force (Ret), discuss how Wescom and the Stanford University's Gordian Knot Center (GKC) for National Security Innovation may work together in promoting peace and stability in the West Philippine Sea (WPS).
The two officials also discussed the latest tools and technology that can be used to monitor gray zone activities in the WPS.
