LOOK | The 48th Infantry (Guardians) Battalion opens the 3-Day Capability Building of People’s Organization of Pantukan Davao de Oro at Kingking Central Elementary School, Brgy Kingking, Pantukan Davao de Oro, today. The program was participated by BGEN OLIVER C MAQUILING as the guest of honor and speaker, LGU Pantukan and heads of local agencies.
The very objective of this activity is to create, enhance, strengthen and develop the selected 52 participants of all POs particularly president down to treasure in Pantukan to carry out their key functions, and responsibilities through integrating life skills training and contribute organizational development as they desire to establish stability of living through sustainable livelihood.
BGEN MAQUILING emphasizes the importance of having a general understanding, knowledge and skills financial management of an organization.
The lecture started with the 1st topic about Organizational Building.
