The United Youth for Peace and Development (UNYPAD)- North Cotabato Cluster II (NCCII) Committee on Research and Information held a meeting last August 07, 2021 at UNYPAD Sub- office at Batulawan, Pikit to discuss issues and concerns.

Writers from different municipal chapters of the organization attended the activity.

Badrodin Mamendig, UNYPAD- NCCII Vice Chairman for Internal Affairs, reminded everyone on the importance of being part of the team and gave emphasis on the essence of teamwork in attaining the goals of the organization.

He said writers play an important role in documenting and publicizing the programs and activities of the organization.

They also discussed the common issues and concerns of the writers. Part of the discussion was the need to recruit new writers who can also help in the documentation and publicity of the chapter’s programs and activities.

The importance of data banking and using various media platforms in disseminating information were also tackled.

Health protocols when holding gatherings were observed to avoid the spread of the dreaded corona virus.

UNYPAD continues to conduct various capability-building activities that includes Islamic leadership and management training, peace advocacy initiatives and regular meeting and planning sessions.
