SAN JOSE, Occidental Mindoro — Youth for Peace group collaborates with military to initiate community service among youth last September 12 at the Sikatuna Beach Hotel and Restaurant.


Good Samaritan – Youth Association of San Jose President Ian Villaflores led the organization of youth leaders. He partnered with the Sangguniang Kabataan-Panlalawigan and Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Arbolado.

Lt Col. Arbolado led the troops of the 4th Infantry (SCORPION) Battalion in the active participation of the conference with the youth leaders.



The participants are the leaders of the following youth groups: 4-H Club; Occidental Mindoro Tamaraw Anglers; Outdoor Tribe; San Jose Youth Network; Youth Mask Force; Donate 2 Create Sablayanihan; Young Volunteers for Youth Welfare and Development Coalition; Content Creator – Occidental Mindoro Vlogger; KKDAT (Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorista); Squid Riders Club; Kamote Riders Community; Tamaraw Riders Club; National Anti Poverty Commission; Onli Oksi Page; Good Samaritan – Youth Association of San Jose; and Youth for Peace – Occidental Mindoro.

The conference resulted to the organization of the League of Occidental Mindoro Independent Organization that aims to coordinate, collaborate, and conduct programs that will help the poorest of the poor.
