 Ka Kulafu expressed so much regret for joining the terrorist group of CPP-NPA over fifteen years of armed struggle and killings not only of authorities but also of innocent civilians.

The innocence of the senseless and false ideology of the armed movement is proof of effective program and service of the government in particular the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (ECLIP)
