PANGASINAN IS INSURGENCY-FREE: RPOC-1 Head Secretariat and Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Regional Director James F. Fadrilan reads the text of Resolution No. 1, Series of 2020 declaring the Province of Pangasinan Insurgency- Free on January 29, 2020 at the Diego Silang Hall of the Provincial Capitol in San Fernando City, La Union.
In an excerpt of the minutes of the meeting of the council, the resolution’s approval was based on a Joint Letter Directive No. 3 amended in 2016, on parameters achieved by the province in order for the priority area to be considered cleared.
