Digna dela Vega Mateo, alias "Hillary", is the Vice Secretary of the NPA group called Platoon Timog Sierra Madre.
She is also a coordinator of the Alliance of Concerned Teachers (ACT) in Bulacan in 2018 and
supported the labor union unrest that sparked between NutriAsia-Marilao and its workers last year
was arrested by Joint PNP and Philippine Army units in a law enforcement operations by virtue of a standing warrant of arrest for murder.
