ARAKAN, North Cotabato – At least 34 former NPA supporters from the
Tinananon-Manobo tribe in Barangay Tumanding here have successfully finished the Mobile Training on Appliance Repair of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) on August 13, 2019.

The 34 former NPA supporters marched in white shirt and receive their certificate of training during the graduation program held at Lobo Bemboo Grills in Poblacion, Arakan, North Cotabato on Tuesday.

Lt. Col. Benjamin Dao-on said the graduates were formerly members of the so-called Underground Mass Organizations or UGMO who are supportive to the New People’s Army (NPA) in various ways.
