WESTMINCOM: Military officer donned new rank by WestMinCom chief

A military officer of the Western Mindanao Command received his new insignia in a ceremony held in Zamboanga City this morning, June 17.



Lieutenant General Arnel Dela Vega, WestMinCom chief, donned the new rank to Major Oliver Macansantos, administrative officer of the Assistant Chief of Unified Command Staff for Operations of the WestMinCom.



The WestMinCom chief also gave tokens to the birthday celebrators during the flag-raising held in Camp Navarro, Calarian at 7am today.
