“In photos: COL JONAS LUMAWAG PN(M) (GSC) relinquished the duties and responsibilities as Chief, Unified Command Staff, WESCOM (CUCSW) to COL RUEL LIBRADA PAF (GSC) during a Change of Office Ceremony presided by VADM RENE V MEDINA AFP, Commander, WESCOM, AFP at Headquarters Western Command today, 10 June 2019.
“WESCOM will be losing another accomplished and competent officer in the person of COL JONAS R LUMAWAG PN(M) GSC. I confidently say that he had set a good example of professionalism and dedication to duty during his stint as our Chief of Unified Command Staff. We understand that COL LUMAWAG will be leaving us for the betterment of his career and the AFP institution in general. He will be slated to be the incoming commander of 4th Marine Brigade, Philippine Marines.
VADM MEDINA recognized the efforts and remarkable contributions of COL LUMAWAG as CUCS. He also acknowledged the professionalism and sincere commitment shown.
