Early this morning, COMMO DORVIN JOSE L LEGASPI AFP, Deputy Commander of Western Command awarded the Military Merit Medal and Kalayaan Island Group (KIG) Campaign Medal and Ribbon to the outstanding military troops who were deployed in the KIG, West Philippine Sea. The awarding was held during the Flag Raising Ceremony at Headquarters Western Command.
