CAMP GEN EMILIO AGUINALDO, Quezon City (DWDD) – The National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP) invites participants to the 26th Executive Course on National Security (ECNS) to be held from 22 to 26 October 2018.
The ECNS is a dynamic and rigorous five-day course which explores the theory and practice of national security. Designed for practitioners, middle managers and scholars, the ECNS aims to provide participants an introduction on the multi-dimensional and evolving concept of national security. Participants will analyze global and national security issues, examine governance processes and systems, and develop effective and efficient approaches to security challenges.
Participants will benefit from an excellent pool of subject matter experts from a wide range of disciplines as well as a mixed group of fifty (50) co-participants representing various sectors. NDCP / MCAG
