AFP MEDICAL CENTER, V Luna, Quezon City (DWDD) – A Joint Change of Command and Chief of Office Ceremonies was held this morning, August 14, 2018 at the AFP Medical Center in V Luna Road, Quezon City.
Armed Forces of the Philippines Chief of Staff General Carlito G Galvez Jr. led the ceremony as the Presiding Officer.
AFP Health Services commander BGen Edwin Leo Torrelavega relinquished his post to BGen Augustus De Villa, the outgoing AFP Surgeon General. BGen Torrelavega will now serve as the AFP Surgeon General. AES / ALS / Pvt John Mark Molina / MCAG
