NAVAL STATION JOSE ANDRADA, Roxas Blvd, Manila (DWDD) – The Philippine Navy sends off a battalion of marine officers and enlisted personnel to operational area in a ceremony yesterday, August 08, at Headquarters Philippine Navy at Naval Station Jose Andrada in Roxas Boulevard, Manila.
Navy Chief, Vice Admiral Robert A. Empedrad AFP, along with Philippine Marine Corps Commandant, Major Gen. Alvin A. Parreño and other key officers of the Navy, led the send-off ceremony of the 10th Marine Battalion Landing Team (MBLT-10).
The unit movement is part of the rotation policy of the Command to retrain and refurbish Marine Battalions in the field. NPAO / MCAG
