NAVAL STATION JOSE ANDRADA, Roxas Blvd, Manila (DWDD) – A delegation from the Defense Services Command and Staff College (DSCSC) Class 12 of Sri Lanka renders courtesy call on August 06 at the Headquarters Philippine Navy at Naval Station Jose Andrada in Manila where they were received by the Chief of Naval Staff, Rear Admiral Erick A. Kagaoan AFP.
