NAVAL STATION JOSE ANDRADA, Roxas Blvd, Manila (DWDD) – The Philippine Navy sent two of its Officers, LTC Ashley N Nastor PN (M) and LT Raymond B Sarmiento PN, to attend the Asia Pacific Navy Planning Process International Course (APNIC) 2018 at the Japan Maritime Self Defense Force Command and Staff College at Meguro, Tokyo, Japan from June 16 to July 1, 2018.
